Here is how our referral program works for YOU:

• Call, email us, or complete the form below to submit your referral information. We will call to schedule an appointment.
• We will send you (or your favourite charity) $25 for any referral that results in a scheduled appointment.
• If your friend becomes a client we will then send you (or your favourite charity) an additional $150.
• That’s a total of $175
• If you send us three that result in new clients we will send you an iPad 2 as well
• If you refer 5 *MAX 365 clients you automatically win a Mercedes Benz CLS for two years
